HR Specialist Vacancy

Job Responsibilities:

• Help company recruit talented employees from Indonesia.
• Understand the work experience, education and background of the job seekers, and help the company to analyze and judge whether the job seekers meet the company’s employment standards.
• Clearly explain the job details, benefits, etc. to the applicants and hired employees
• Conduct orientation training for new employees (company rules and regulations, daily work norms, basic professional qualities, basic principles of doing things)
• Handle employee relations, coordinate and solve problems between management and employees\
• Propose rectification for problems existing in recruitment and recruitment process and actively implement them
• Deal with all matters of HR administration.

Benefits:

• The basic salary will be determined according to your interview performance and abilities
• The tentative basic salary range is around 4000 AED
• Food supplement (300 AED), accommodation supplement (400 AED), phone bill ( 50 AED), and grade raise are provided
• Chinese language proficiency 500-1000 AED is provided

Requirements:

• Bachelor degree or above (major in Human Resources is preferred)
• Any major relevant experience in recruitment and research is preferred
• Familiar with computer operation and office software
• Good communication skills and good working habits
• Strong ability to work under pressure and have the courage to break through difficulties
• Indonesian Nationality or any nationality familiar with the recruitment and culture of Indonesia
• Willing to work in Indonesia and UAE for the company
• Age 21-30 years
