Hiring HR Senior Manager – Dubai🚨

A multinational organization in the Middle East is seeking an experienced HR Senior Manager to lead HR and Admin operations for a newly established entity in Dubai.

Key Responsibilities:

• Set up and manage HR policies, processes, and strategies.
• Oversee recruitment, onboarding, and talent management initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with local labor laws and regulations.
• Manage performance evaluations, compensation, benefits, and employee relations.
• Align HR strategies with business objectives and goals.

Requirements:

• Currently based in Dubai or willing to relocate.
• Bachelor’s in HR or related field (Master’s preferred).
• 10+ years of HR experience, including 2–3 years in leadership roles.
• Strong knowledge of HR management, local labor laws, and employee relations.
• Experience in multinational organizations and setting up HR policies preferred.
• Fluent in English with excellent MS Office skills.
