A leading Facility Management Company in Dubai is looking for a Senior HR Executive to join our team!

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage recruitment & onboarding
• Handle employee relations & performance management
• Develop & implement HR policies (UAE labor law compliance)
• Support payroll, leave management & HR reporting
• Lead employee engagement initiatives

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in HR or related field
• 3-5 years HR experience (UAE preferred)
• Strong knowledge of UAE labor laws
