 Urgent Hiring: HR Recruiter – Native Chinese Speaker

Location: Dubai, UAE

Position: HR Recruiter (Full-Time)

Language Requirement: Native Chinese Speaker (Mandarin) with good English communication skills

Availability: Immediate Joiners Preferred

Job Responsibilities:

• Handle full-cycle recruitment: sourcing, screening, shortlisting, and onboarding.
• Coordinate with department heads to understand hiring needs and job descriptions.
• Conduct interviews in Chinese and English and manage candidate communication.
• Maintain talent pipelines and manage recruitment databases.
• Provide regular hiring reports and analytics to HR leadership.

Requirements:

• Native Chinese speaker with fluency in English.
• Proven experience as a recruiter or talent acquisition specialist.
• Excellent interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills.
• Based in Dubai or willing to relocate immediately.
