Hiring HR Recruiter

 Location: Dubai, UAE

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end recruitment, from job postings to onboarding.
• Source and screen candidates through job portals, social media, and headhunting.
• Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
• Ensure compliance with UAE labor laws and company policies.
• Manage attendance, leave records, and assist with payroll coordination.
• Optimize job postings and enhance employer branding strategies.
• Oversee smooth onboarding and offboarding processes.

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of HR recruitment experience, preferably in real estate.
• Strong knowledge of UAE labor laws and HR systems.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to multitask, work under pressure, and meet tight deadlines.
