Roles & Responsibilities:

  • 2 + years’ experience in full cycle recruitment (job description creation, posting, sourcing, screening, interviewing, presenting & closing) preferable in White collar jobs & Healthcare jobs.
  • Experience with a variety of sourcing methodologies to include: headhunting, market mapping, Boolean searches, social media recruitment strategies, career sites, among others.
  • Screening candidates resumes and job applications prior to submission to clients.
  • Conduct interviews using various reliable recruiting and selection tools/methods to filter candidates, within the schedule.
  • Assess applicants’ relevant knowledge, skills and experience.
  • Coordinating interviews.
  • Providing recruitment reports.
  • Achieving the management tasks.
  • ⁠Payment collection.
  • ⁠Company Promotion.
  • ⁠Conduct onboarding, employee reviews, and assist in resolving any HR-related queries.
  • Support the team in creating a positive work environment and driving employee engagement.

Requirements:

  • Proven work experience as a Recruiter (either an in-house recruiter or a staffing agency recruiter)
  • Excellent communication, organizational & interpersonal skills.
  • Proficient in HR Portals, Social Media, Canva, Exel & Video content creation.
  • Strong knowledge of UAE labor laws and HR practices.
  • Ability to work in a high-pressure environment and meet deadlines.
  • Full-time availability (office-based, no remote work flexibility).
  • Immediate joiners available in UAE preferred.
  • ⁠Own visa candidates highly preferable.
  • First Interview: Screening Interview
