Roles & Responsibilities:
- 2 + years’ experience in full cycle recruitment (job description creation, posting, sourcing, screening, interviewing, presenting & closing) preferable in White collar jobs & Healthcare jobs.
- Experience with a variety of sourcing methodologies to include: headhunting, market mapping, Boolean searches, social media recruitment strategies, career sites, among others.
- Screening candidates resumes and job applications prior to submission to clients.
- Conduct interviews using various reliable recruiting and selection tools/methods to filter candidates, within the schedule.
- Assess applicants’ relevant knowledge, skills and experience.
- Coordinating interviews.
- Providing recruitment reports.
- Achieving the management tasks.
- Payment collection.
- Company Promotion.
- Conduct onboarding, employee reviews, and assist in resolving any HR-related queries.
- Support the team in creating a positive work environment and driving employee engagement.
Requirements:
- Proven work experience as a Recruiter (either an in-house recruiter or a staffing agency recruiter)
- Excellent communication, organizational & interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in HR Portals, Social Media, Canva, Exel & Video content creation.
- Strong knowledge of UAE labor laws and HR practices.
- Ability to work in a high-pressure environment and meet deadlines.
- Full-time availability (office-based, no remote work flexibility).
- Immediate joiners available in UAE preferred.
- Own visa candidates highly preferable.
- First Interview: Screening Interview
