As our company continues to grow and expand into the New Administrative Capital, Saudi Arabia, and Dubai, we’re looking for a dynamic and dedicated HR Recruiter with a background in the pharmaceutical industry to join our team. You will work alongside our existing HR recruiter to support our expansion efforts and ensure we attract top talent.
Key Responsibilities:
- Source, screen, and interview candidates for various positions within the . . . pharmaceutical industry across our new locations.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies specific to the pharmaceutical sector.
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from job posting to offer negotiation.

- Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as an HR Recruiter, specifically within the pharmaceutical industry.
- Familiarity with various sourcing techniques and tools.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Knowledge of labor laws and regulations in the New Administrative Capital, Saudi Arabia, and Dubai is a plus.
