Description:

We are currently seeking a skilled HR professional with expertise in UAE labor relations to join our team at Oasis Metal Manufacturing LLC. This role is crucial in supporting our dynamic and inclusive work environment by managing key HR functions and ensuring compliance with local labor laws and employee relations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Place advertisements in local job portals and schedule interviews for shortlisted candidates.
• Obtain airfare quotations and issue tickets for new employees, employees at the end of their contracts, and arrange transportation to and from the airport.
• Conduct HR inductions and manage the signing of service contract documents for newly joined employees.
• Handle the addition and deletion of bank accounts and manage the medical insurance process for new joiners.
• Update daily attendance records and manage absenteeism for wage preparation.
• Coordinate company-provided accommodation for newly joined employees and manage other company-issued properties for staff.
• Assist in overall HR functions as needed to support the team.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• A minimum of 5 years of HR experience, with at least 2 years in the GCC.
• Experience with UAE labor relations and employee relations.
• Proficiency in MS Office and a working knowledge of ERP systems.
