Description:
We are hiring HR Operations Manager.
Requirements:
- Works closely with the HR team and with the managers to develop & implement policies, processes aligned with UAE labor law and business objectives.
- Acts as a strong communicator and partner with the UAE management, ensuring corporate values, culture and strategy are complied with throughout the whole HR function.
- Monitor the legal requirements of recruitment of nationals, ensuring meeting nationalization targets.
- Manage employee’s onboarding and offboarding processes and ensure compliance with local regulations.
- Manages employment offers and employment contracts.
- Manages and resolves complex employee relations issues. Conducts effective, thorough, and objective investigations.
- Manage the Government relations staff, aiming at maintaining close relationships with relevant government bodies, and staying informed about changes in labor laws and regulations and aligning HR policies accordingly.
- Works closely with management and employees to improve work relationships, build morale, and increase productivity and retention.
- Act as the focal point to provide guidance and interpretation of HR policies to management and staff.
- Ensure accuracy of employee records and files, managing data in HR systems, personal folders, ensure on time renewals.
- Ensure enrolment in medical, workmen compensation and other required insurance policies, monitor renewals, ensure improvement in benefits, claims management.
- Manages the HR operations team, supports in day-to-day activities, and suggests improvements and development.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in HR
- Bachelor’s degree in human resources or other relevant business studies
- In-depth knowledge of labor law and regulations.
- SHRM or CIPD certification preferred.
