Description:

We are Urgently Hiring HR/Operations Manager

Industry Type: Staffing & Recruitment.

Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Leading HR, Key Account and Operations team
  • Maintaining client relationship and meeting them on regular intervals.
  • Overview the Mobilization and Onboarding of OS Staff.
  • Managing End to End Recruitment Cycle (project and in-house staff).
  • Troubleshooting and problem resolution in terms of operations
  • Client Support 24×7.
  • Coordinate recruitment/campaigns…
  • Ensure UAE labor law compliance and resolve complaints from HR level.
  • Manage the HR Services within the business including, HR administration services, employee relations, compensation and benefits.
  • Ensure adherence of HR policies and procedures by all employees across the organization.
  • Responsible for handling employee relations, employee engagements, grievances, and performance management.
  • Ensure up to date Labor Laws are being followed, with regular updating of contracts within the Business.

Requirement and Skills:

  • Master’s Degree in HR or equivalent.
  • TEN (10) years relevant experience in Contract Staffing.,
  • Recruitment or Managed services business (for major companies in UAE).
  • Proven track record in Recruitment, Manpower Outsource industries in UAE.
  • Thorough knowledge of UAE labor law.
  • Excellent English communication skills, including verbal, written and presentational.
  • Strong understanding of HR process and professional services industry.
