Responsibilities:

• Managing the full recruitment cycle.
• Ensuring seamless onboarding.
• Providing top-notch HR administrative support.
• Handling employee contracts and documentation.
• Enhancing overall HR operations efficiency.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field
• Minimum 4 years of HR operations experience
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
• Proficiency in HRIS systems (Oracle ERP preferred; SAP SF a plus)
• Knowledge of UAE labor laws
• Salary: Up to 8500 AED
