Hiring HR Officer

JOB DESCRIPTION:

  • Receiving Manpower Requirement from different divisions
  • Preparing JD in accordance with the MPR and getting approval from Division Head
  • End to end Recruitments as per the Manpower request
  • Coordination with Recruitment Agencies for the overseas manpower recruitment
  • Ensuring timely closure of vacant positions for all divisions
  • Screening and shortlisting CV for different positions in various division
  • Perform and record Reference checks
  • Obtaining MPR approval from management as per approved division budget
  • Drafting and execution of Offer Letters
  • Maintain track of New Quota in coordination with PRO
  • Checking and maintenance of Personal Files for new joiners
  • Initiating and follow up of New visas with team.
  • Ticketing and Travel booking for the managers and labours
  • Providing details to the camp boss in advance for accommodation and airport pickup arrangements
  • Intimation of company property requirement to different departments-Laptop/Email/Business Card/Sim Card Orientation and Onboarding arrangement
  • Designing and Preparing internal training programs presentations
  • Planning and executing internal training for all staff
  • Planning and coordinating for external training programes
  • Updating annual training calendar inline with the performance appraisal requirements
  • Documenting and filing training attendance/feedback and training evaluations.
  • Maintains and enhances the organization’s human resources by planning, implementing, and evaluating employee relations and human resources policies, programs, and practices.
  • Drafting and execution of Employment Contracts
  • Providing details to Typing officer for Medical and EID typing
  • Scheduling Medical and EID with Asst PRO and team operations
  • Organizing Medical and EID with PRO for visa stamping
  • Applying Medical Insurance for the new joiners
  • Requesting for the salary card for new labors
  • Timely update of Portal
  • Leave Salary calculation
  • Calculation of End of Service benefits inline with UAE labor laws
  • Support for the payroll function

Experiences and Qualifications:

  • Minimum 3 years’ experience in HR operations.
  • Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) OR Master of Business Administration (MBA) required.
