About the Role:
We are seeking a proactive and experienced HR Officer to manage payroll processing, HR administration, and employee-related services such as medical and vehicle insurance. The ideal candidate must have a minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in the UAE and be ready to join immediately.
Key Responsibilities:
Payroll Processing:
Handle end-to-end payroll processing accurately and timely in compliance with UAE labor laws.
Manage WPS salary transfers and maintain comprehensive payroll records.
Respond to employee payroll queries and resolve any discrepancies promptly.
Liaise with the finance department to ensure smooth salary disbursements.
Prepare periodic payroll reports for management and audit purposes.
HR Administration:
- Maintain and update employee records in HRIS and personnel files.
- Prepare and issue employment contracts, offer letters, and other HR documentation.
- Assist with onboarding, visa processing, and exit formalities.
- Track attendance, leave balances, and employee absences.
- Support performance management and employee engagement initiatives.
- Ensure adherence to company policies and labor law requirements.
Insurance Management:
- Coordinate and manage employee medical insurance, including additions, deletions, and renewals.
- Handle vehicle insurance for company-owned vehicles, ensuring timely renewals and claims processing.
- Serve as the point of contact between the company and insurance providers.
- Maintain accurate records of all insurance policies and claims.
Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years of experience in HR payroll and administration within the UAE.
- Strong knowledge of UAE labor law and WPS procedures.
- Experience in managing insurance-related tasks (medical, vehicle).
- Proficiency in HR/payroll systems and Microsoft Office.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- High attention to detail, confidentiality, and ability to multitask.
- Must be available to join immediately.
