A Perfume Manufactures in the UAE is looking for an HR officer!!

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end recruitment.
• Maintain and update employee records and HR databases.
• Assist with performance management, employee development, and appraisals.
• Ensure compliance with UAE labor law, visa and employment regulations.
• Handle employee relations, grievances, and disciplinary actions.
• Support HR processes such as attendance, leave management, and payroll coordination.
• Prepare HR-related documents like offer letters, contracts, and warning letters.
• 2 to 3 years of experience in UAE is a must
• Good communication skills
• Salary 3500 to 4000AED
