Hiring HR Officer

Location: Abu Dhabi

We are currently seeking a dynamic and experienced HR Officer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years of HR experience in construction companies in the UAE.

Responsibilities:

• Manage payroll processing and ensure accuracy and timeliness of payments.
• Oversee recruitment activities, including job postings, candidate screening, and interviewing.
• Handle employee relations issues and provide guidance on HR policies and procedures.
• Implement performance management systems and processes to drive employee engagement and development.
• Manage insurance policies and claims processing, ensuring compliance with company policies and regulations.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of HR experience in construction companies in the UAE.
• Proficiency in payroll management software and HRIS systems.
• Strong knowledge of UAE labor laws and regulations.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
