Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Human Resources Specialist at TargetFx Dubai. The Company is newly formed so, you will be responsible for entire Hiring & Training process setup & will also have a scope of hiring an Assistant.
The Human Resources Specialist will be responsible for managing HR policies, employee benefits, personnel management, and ensuring compliance with HR regulations.
The role will also involve handling employee relations, recruitment, and performance management processes.
Qualifications
- Minimum Experiecne 4-5 Years
- Recruitment and Hiring: Managing the recruitment process, including creating job descriptions, posting job ads, screening resumes, conducting interviews, and making hiring decisions.
- Employee Onboarding: Facilitating the onboarding process for new hires, which may include paperwork, orientation, and training.
- Employee Relations: Handling employee relations issues, such as conflicts, grievances, or disciplinary actions, and ensuring a positive work environment.
- Performance Management: Developing and implementing performance management systems, including performance evaluations, feedback mechanisms, and goal-setting processes.
- Training and Development: Identifying training needs, coordinating training programs, and promoting continuous learning and development among employees.
- Compensation and Benefits: Managing employee compensation and benefits programs, including salary structures, bonuses, incentives, and benefits packages.
- HR Policies and Procedures: Developing, implementing, and enforcing HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance with laws and regulations and promote fairness and consistency.
- HR Compliance: Ensuring compliance with employment laws and regulations at the local, state, and federal levels, including those related to equal employment opportunity, wage and hour laws, and workplace safety.
- HR Administration: Overseeing HR administrative tasks, such as maintaining employee records, processing payroll, managing HRIS systems, and ensuring data accuracy and confidentiality.
