Job Summary:

The HR Manager, Emiratization will play a crucial role in spearheading the recruitment, development, and management of our Emirati personnel.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Recruitment and Onboarding:

  • Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top Emirati talent.
  • Collaborate with various departments to identify staffing needs and initiate timely recruitment processes.
  • Conduct comprehensive onboarding programs to ensure a smooth assimilation of onboarded employees into the organization.

2. Training and Development:

  • Design and implement training programs tailored to the specific needs of the Emirati team, focusing on skill development, cultural integration, and career advancement.
  • Work closely with external training providers and internal stakeholders to deliver effective training sessions.
  • Monitor and evaluate the impact of training programs, making continuous improvements based on feedback and outcomes.

3. Employee Relations and Accountability:

  • Foster a positive and inclusive work environment.
  • Implement accountability measures to enhance individual and team performance.
  • Address employee relations issues promptly, ensuring a fair and equitable resolution.

4. Performance Management:

  • Develop and implement performance management systems specifically tailored for the your reports.
  • Conduct regular performance reviews, providing constructive feedback and identifying opportunities for improvement and growth.

Qualifications and Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Master’s degree is a plus.
  • Proven experience as an HR Manager or similar role with a focus on workforce management.
  • In-depth understanding of Emiratization policies and strategies.
  • Strong knowledge of HR practices, employment legislation, and cultural nuances.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to develop and maintain effective relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
