Description:
HR Manager required
Plan, direct, & coordinate HR activities
Managing, evaluating & prioritizing the legalization for the company licenses & employees (internal & outsourced) by coordinating with the HR personnel
Recommending, maintaining & preparing HR policies & procedures
Preparing Payroll
Preparing End of Service Calculations in line with the UAE labor law
Internal & Outsourced employee legalization
Oversee & approve annual insurance policies
Monitoring & updating the employee leave entitlement
Updating reports for management & heads of departments relating to employee turnover, license category, & legalization costs etc.
Managing HR Team to ensure all tasks are up to date & accurately completed
Attend internal & outsourced employee disciplinary meetings
Oversee the finance functions for the Employment Services Department
Managing the Employment Services Department
Devising & maintaining office systems
Managing outsourcing department and all personal
Working Conditions: 9am – 6pm, 5 days per week
