This is a permanent position based in the Dubai office, where you will be leading the HR function for the region.

About the role:

• Permanent hire based in Dubai
• Manage the HR function across the three regional offices
• Ensure compliance with local labor laws
• Developed and implement company HR strategies
• Oversee performance management cycle

• Over 5 years’ experience in the Middle East
• English and Arabic speaking is essential
