Dubai /Salary : Aed 40,000 – Aed 50,000 + Annual Benefits

Our Client, A Well Established Semi-Govt. Investment Group Is Looking To Hire A Female HR. Manager (Emirati Only) To Join Their Team In Dubai.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement HR Policy, Process & Strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy
• Bridge management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances or other issues
• Manage the recruitment and selection process
• Support current and future business needs through the development, engagement, motivation and preservation of human capital
• Oversee and manage a performance appraisal system that drives high performance
• Maintain compensation and benefits program
• Assess training needs to apply and monitor training programs
• Report to management and provide decision support through HR metrics

Requirements:

• Proven working experience as HR Manager in Financial or Investment Industry
• Bachelor’s Degree in Business or Human Resource Management
• Knowledge of Labor Law in the UAE
• Knowledge of HR systems, databases & metrics
• People oriented and results driven
• Ability to architect strategy along with leadership skills
• Excellent active listening, negotiation and presentation skills
• Competence to build and effectively manage interpersonal relationships at all levels of the company
