Hiring HR Manager and a Training Manager for an exciting new opening high-end restaurant, lounge and club brand located in the heart of Dubai Downtown.
Our brand is coming from Europe and already having 20 successful branches in other prime location and capitals all around the world. We are also expanding multiple strategic locations until mid-2024.
Respectively, the requirements are;
1. The HR manager should have a minimum of 8 years experience in the UAE with a strong hospitality background.
- Employee database and recruiting
- Preparing employment contracts, visa and other MOHRE related responsibilities
- Strong UAE law and regulation knowledge
- Payroll related services and strong computer skills
- Strong communication skills
- Risk management assessment
- Ability to create a training and development program
Training Manager should have a minimum of 8 years UAE experience with strong restaurant and lounge experience (not from hotelier field);
- Creating and updating SOP’s
- Recruit trainers
- Implement training KPIs
- Build quarterly and annual training programs
- Develop, prepare, and update related manuals
- Monitor products standards to identify training gaps, including skills, knowledge, personal hygiene, grooming, and etc and taking necessary actions to close gaps
- Strong verbal and written communication with multi-language skills
Both positions will work with restaurant managers and report to the company GM.
