Description:

Looking for HR Manager at Abu Dhabi for one of the leading Engineering & Construction Organization.

Experience – 10+ Years (UAE)

Industry – Infrastructure / Power / Oil & Gas

 Responsibilities are as follows :-

• Coordinate and support Business heads for Manpower planning and Manpower budgets for individual Projects & Establishment.
• Support projects and business teams for compliance with local statutory requirements such as localizations, IC./IKT.A requirements, mandatory employee benefits, etc.
• Support and coordinate with HO HR teams for timely local and international hiring for local establishments and projects.
• Talent Onboarding and Employee Engagement across offices and project locations.
• Coordinate Training and development activities across offices and project Locations.
• Coordinate with local Admin and PRO teams to maintain Statutory records for labor inspection such as Pay register, Leave records, Medical insurance, End-of-service calculations, etc.
• Regular Audit of Workman Camps and facilities to ensure manpower productivity and work conditions.
• Manage stakeholder communication between Project Locations & Head Office.
• Manage statutory compliances and timely updates in MIS.
• Liaison with Administration, PRO teams, and other stakeholders, for smooth day-to-day working.
• Grievance handling.
