Job Description:

We are currently seeking a dynamic and experienced HR Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will work with a diverse range of companies and be responsible for implementing creative HR solutions, enhancing attention to detail, and collaborating directly with the CEO to improve future retention within the organisation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Creative Problem Solving: Develop innovative HR solutions to address complex HR challenges and enhance employee experiences.
  • Attention to Detail: Ensure meticulous record-keeping and compliance with HR policies and regulations.
  • Collaboration with CEO: Work closely with the CEO to align HR strategies with business goals and improve employee retention.
  • Policy Development: Create and maintain HR policies, ensuring they are up to date and in compliance with local labor laws.
  • Team Building: Build and lead a strong HR team, fostering a collaborative and high-performance culture.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. An HR certification is a plus.
  • Proven experience as an HR manager or similar role, ideally in diverse industry sectors.
  • Creative problem-solving skills and a track record of implementing innovative HR solutions.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and a strong understanding of HR policies and procedures.
  • Strong leadership skills with a minimum of 3 years of experience managing a team.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Comfortable working in an office environment and collaborating directly with the CEO.

Working Hours:

This is a full-time position with a five-day workweek, based in our office.
