Hiring HR Manager

We are seeking an experienced HR Manager to oversee all aspects of human resources practices and processes in our organization. The ideal candidate will have extensive knowledge of UAE labor laws and regulations, particularly pertaining to local departments such as Labor, Immigration, Civil Defense, Economic Department, Abu Dhabi Police, and AD Port. This role requires a proactive individual who can ensure compliance with legal requirements and enhance employee relations within the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy.
  • Bridge management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances, or other issues.
  • Manage the recruitment and selection process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and hiring.
  • Oversee and manage a performance appraisal system that drives high performance.
  • Maintain pay plan and benefits program, ensuring competitiveness and compliance with legal requirements.
  • Develop and monitor overall HR strategies, systems, tactics, and procedures across the organization.
  • Nurture a positive working environment and oversee employee engagement initiatives.
  • Ensure legal compliance throughout human resource management.

Requirements:

  • Proven working experience as HR Manager or other HR executive roles.
  • Knowledge of UAE labor law and employment regulations, particularly within the mentioned local departments.
  • Demonstrable experience with human resources metrics and data-driven management.
  • Ability to architect strategy along with leadership skills.
  • Excellent active listening, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Competence to build and effectively manage interpersonal relationships at all levels of the company.
  • In-depth knowledge of HR best practices.

Education and Certifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Relevant HR certifications (e.g., CIPD, SHRM) will be an advantage.
