Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise all daily human resources activities in alignment with company policies.
• Manage recruitment and selection processes, conduct interviews, and recommend suitable hires.
• Implement HR policies and procedures and ensure compliance.
• Organize onboarding programs for new employees and update their records.
• Monitor the annual performance evaluation process and analyze results in coordination with various departments.
• Manage employee files and maintain organized and confidential records.
• Support payroll and benefits administration in coordination with the finance department.
• Handle employee inquiries and complaints professionally.
• Organize internal training sessions and develop training plans in collaboration with senior management.
• Ensure compliance with labor laws and local regulations.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
• Fluency in English (written and spoken)
