Urgently looking for HR Generalist
We are urgently looking for an experienced HR Generalist to join our team. As an HR Generalist, you will play a key role in managing various HR functions, ensuring compliance with UAE labor laws, and supporting the growth and development of our organization.
Job Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, including job postings, candidate sourcing, interviews, and onboarding.
- Develop and implement employee engagement initiatives to boost morale and productivity.
- Coordinate with managers to evaluate employee performance, provide feedback, and support performance improvement plans.
- Calculate and process monthly payroll accurately.
- Track and manage employee leaves, sick leaves, and attendance.
- Calculate and process EOS benefits for employees.
- Manage medical insurance processes and ensure compliance with relevant regulations.
- Ensure compliance with UAE labor laws and regulations, staying up-to-date with any changes or updates.
Requirements:
- 2 to 5 years of experience in HR Generalist or equivalent HR role in the UAE.
- Good knowledge of UAE labor laws and regulations.
- Experience in recruitment, employee engagement, performance management, payroll, and leave management.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Must be in the UAE.
- Knowledge of Russian language is a big advantage.
