Hiring HR Generalist

Location: Business Bay, Dubai

Role Overview:

This role is perfect for someone with at least 3 years of hands-on experience as an HR Generalist, who has a deep understanding of the HR processes within the UAE.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the hiring process, from sourcing candidates to conducting interviews and ensuring smooth onboarding for new hires.
• Develop, update, and communicate HR policies in alignment with company standards and UAE regulations.
• Act as the first point of contact for employee concerns, managing grievances, and maintaining a positive work environment.
• Manage the offboarding process, ensuring all exit formalities are completed smoothly and in compliance with legal requirements.
• Ensure the company’s HR practices are in full compliance with UAE Labour Law and stay updated on any changes.
• Oversee day-to-day HR tasks, including leave management, payroll coordination, employee records, and performance management.

Ideal Candidate:

• Minimum of 2 years of experience as an HR Generalist, within the UAE.
• Strong knowledge of UAE Labour Law.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Immediate joiner is preferred.
• Candidates on a sponsored visa are highly preferred.
