Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding of new employees
- Develop and implement HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance with legal requirements and best practices
- Handle employee relations matters and provide guidance and support to employees on HR-related issues
- Coordinate training and development initiatives to enhance employee skills and performance
- Manage employee benefits Payroll administration, including enrollment and claims processing
- Maintain accurate HR records and generate reports as needed
- Assist in the implementation of HRIS systems and other HR-related technologies
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to continuously improve HR processes and initiatives
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management or related field
- Proven experience in HR roles, with a focus on recruitment and employee relations
- Strong understanding of HR policies, procedures, and best practices
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Minimum 3 years Experience in UAE.
