HR Generalist

Creative Closets is leading Smart closet fever in the Middle East. We are searching for HR Generalist for Ajman, UAE

Job Responsibilities:

• Management of on boarding of all the new employees into and across the organization and act as a single point of contact to facilitate smooth transition and has managed around 200 headcounts.
• Manage employee grievances and provide a proper resolution on their issues on timely basis.
• Ensure that all transactions and reports are processed according to internal procedures and guidelines
• Provide step by step guidance and assist the new employees in settling quickly.
• Responsible for Visa / Labor cards for the employees
• Verify, Provide all kinds of employee’s letters (bank, embassy, Recommendation, employment etc.) Providing salary certificates and pay slips according to company policies and procedures. Tracking, updating and confirming of leaves (Annual/Sick/Unpaid/Emergency etc.)
• Preparing and processing monthly payroll.

Job Requirements:

• Having knowledge of Human Resource Work.
• Should have Bachelor’s degree.
• Fresh can also apply.
