Roles & Responsibilities:
- Talent Acquisition
- Manage the talent acquisition process, encompassing recruitment, interviewing, and hiring of qualified candidate/s.
- Collaborate with departmental managers to comprehend required skills and competencies for open positions.
- Compensation and Benefit Analysis
- Analyze compensation and benefits as per UAE Law.
- Engage in discussions with management to ensure the organization attracts and retains top talent.
- Compliance Oversight
- Maintain compliance with UAE employment laws and regulations.
- review and update policies and practices to ensure ongoing compliance.
- Knowledge Management
- Stay informed about trends, best practices, and regulatory changes in human resources, talent management and employment law.
- Support and Guidance
- Provide support and guidance to management and staff in complex, specialized and sensitive HR-related questions and/or issues.
- General HR Duties
- Manage human resources for other subsidiaries and sister companies.
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing CVs, calling candidates, and scheduling interviews.
- Coordinate travel arrangements for staff’s business trips.

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in human resource, Business Administration or related field required.
- A minimum of 3 years of human resource experience preferred.
