Hiring HR Executive
Salary Package Range: 4000 AED – 4500 AED
Job Overview:
As the HR Executive at vivo Smartphone Middle East, you’ll play a pivotal role in our dynamic organization. Your responsibilities will encompass various aspects of human resources, including recruitment, onboarding, policy enforcement, benefits administration, HR documentation, and employee relations. Your efforts will contribute to maintaining a positive work environment and ensuring compliance with HR policies and regulations.
Responsibilities: –
- Manage and coordinate the full recruitment and onboarding process, from job posting to orientation.
- Develop and update job descriptions to align with the organizational structure and staffing needs.
- Ensure adherence to corporate HR policies and procedures.
- Maintain and update HR policies and agency contracts.
- Oversee the renewal and updating of employees’ insurance and visa contracts.
- Coordinate HR induction and product training for new hires.
- Handle HR-related documentation, including HR notices, company letters, and email drafting.
- Maintain and manage the DMS for the sales data.
- Maintain and update the employees’ master database and PRO documents.
- Manage and track the deployment of promoters and hostesses, along with their related documentation.
- Calculate KPIs, incentives, and bonuses for the office, IR, and OR sales teams.
- Maintain and track attendance sheets.
- Handle payroll calculations, WPS processes, Payslip distribution, and EOSB.
- Manage the leave management system and maintain the passport tracker.
- Monitor and track employees’ return after leaves.
- Ensure the company’s KYC requirements for agencies and banks are met.
- Issue certificates for salary, employment, and salary transfers.
- Issue letters for increments, promotions, and warnings.
- Administer exit interviews, formalities, and visa cancellation procedures.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in human resources, business administration, or a related field
- At least 2 to 3 years of experience in human resources
- Knowledge of HR best practices, employment laws, and regulations.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
- Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite
- Proficiency in data analysis, computer programs, team communication, and problem-solving.
- Excellent Microsoft Excel skills, including Vlookup, Countif, countifs, Sumif, Sumifs, ifs, etc.
- Strong multitasking abilities and Proficiency in system navigation
