Hiring! HR Executive – Bartawi General Contracting

Location: AlQouz industrial area 2- Dubai

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage recruitment processes, including sourcing, screening, and onboarding.
• Maintain and update employee records in compliance with legal and company standards.
• Support employee engagement initiatives and performance management processes.
• Handle day-to-day HR operations such as attendance, leaves, and payroll coordination.
• Ensure compliance with labor laws and company regulations.
• Coordinate training, development, and wellness programs.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
• 2-4 years of experience in an HR role, preferably within the contracting or construction industry.
• Solid understanding of UAE labor law.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and HRMS systems.
