Urgent Hiring HR Executive (UAE Labor Law Expert)

Job Description:

We are looking for an experienced HR Executive with extensive knowledge of UAE Labor Law and excellent MS Office skills to join our team. As an HR Executive, you will be responsible for managing employee relations, recruitment, performance management, and other HR-related tasks.

Responsibilities:

• Ensure compliance with UAE Labor Law in all HR-related matters
• Develop and implement HR policies and procedures
• Manage recruitment and selection process
• Conduct employee orientation, training and development programs
• Manage employee relations, including conflict resolution and grievance handling
• Ensure accurate maintenance of employee records
• Coordinate performance management process
• Prepare reports and analyze HR data
• Provide support to the HR Manager as required

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related field
• Minimum of 5 years’ experience as an HR Executive, with a focus on UAE Labor Law
• Excellent knowledge of UAE Labor Law
• Excellent MS Office skills, particularly in Excel and PowerPoint
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
• Attention to detail and accuracy
