Looking for HR Executive

Our organization is looking for HR Executive with minimum 5 years’ experience in UAE who is immediately available, below are the main responsibilities;

• Oversee daily operations of the HR department.
• Conducting recruitment interviews and providing the necessary inputs during the hiring process.
• Manpower planning and effective resource allocation.
• Maintaining HR records, such as those related to compensation, health and medical insurance.
• Handling insurance-related issues.
• Handling the full and final settlement of the employees.
• Administration of visa applications/cancellations.
• Administering WPS.
• Preparing and submitting all relevant HR letters/documents/certificates as per the requirement of employees in consultation with the management.
• The candidates with consultant/construction Company’s background will be preferred.
