Description:

9E Global is looking for an HR Executive to be based in Dubai and provide first-line HR support across the organisation. Reporting to the Head of HR, you will help deliver core HR services, support recruitment and onboarding, maintain HR systems and records, and act as a go-to advisor for employees and line managers on day-to-day HR matters.

Qualifications

Business Development / HR Support

  • Assist the Head of HR in achieving HR goals and projects across the business.
  • Provide HR support to employees across levels and act as a primary contact for everyday HR enquiries.
  • Help align HR activity with business resourcing needs and support talent acquisition efforts.

Company Role / Key Responsibilities

  • Operate in line with company policies and values, and escalate issues to the Head of HR where appropriate.
  • Ensure HR systems, processes and records are administered accurately and consistently.
  • Support workforce planning by understanding resourcing requirements and coordinating recruitment activity.
  • Deliver practical HR services to managers, including advice and guidance on policies and procedures.
  • Handle administrative elements of recruitment, selection and assessment; attend interviews and advise hiring managers when required.
  • Design and coordinate an effective induction programme for new hires, including Health & Safety briefings.
  • Maintain close communication with HR colleagues to keep processes up to date and functioning smoothly.
  • Produce monthly HR activity and management information reports for the Head of HR.
  • Ensure performance review (PDR/PPA) programmes are implemented and managed across the business.
  • Provide guidance on employment matters such as terms and conditions, disciplinary and grievance procedures, redundancy processes, maternity and statutory rights, and relevant employment law and Codes of Practice.
  • Create and manage a training database, liaise with line managers to identify needs, and coordinate training delivery and administration.
  • Maintain sickness records and alert line managers when absence triggers are reached.
  • Assist with the administration of investigatory interviews, disciplinary hearings and grievance processes, ensuring paperwork is prepared and circulated appropriately.
  • Act as the initial HR contact for staff queries and escalate complex matters as needed.
  • Contribute to the development and refinement of Group HR processes and cross-functional relationships.
  • Perform other duties as required that are consistent with the level and scope of the role.

QHSE Responsibilities

  • Understand and apply 9E QHSE policies and procedures in daily work.
  • Implement and coordinate QHSE practices within your area of responsibility.
  • Comply with local regulatory requirements and laws related to QHSE.
  • Report any QHSE incidents promptly to the 9E QHSE Department and, where necessary, to legal authorities.
