ESMA Group is seeking a passionate HR Executive

Location: JAFZA, Dubai

Responsibilities:

• Manage the entire recruitment process, from sourcing candidates to conducting interviews and making hiring decisions.
• Develop and deliver engaging training programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge.
• Oversee onboarding and induction processes, ensuring new hires feel welcome and integrated.
• Handle visa processing and renewals for international employees.
• Maintain accurate and organized HR data using advanced MS 365 Office (Excel, Power BI, and automation tools)

Qualifications:

• Minimum 3-4 years of experience in HR, ideally within a similar industry.
• Proven track record of successful recruitment strategies.
• Experience in designing and delivering training programs.
• Strong understanding of UAE labor laws and visa regulations.
• Excellent data management skills with expertise in advanced MS 365 (Excel, Power BI, and automation tools)
• A valid UAE driver’s license is preferred
• Joining: Immediate or joining in 15 days are more preferred.
