We’re Hiring: HR Director – Abu Dhabi

Our client, a leading organization near Yas Island, Abu Dhabi, is seeking an experienced HR Director to lead their team and drive strategic HR initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead talent acquisition, onboarding, and retention strategies to attract top-tier talent.
• Enhance employee engagement and implement performance management systems.
• Develop HR policies ensuring compliance with UAE labor laws.
• Champion diversity, equity, and inclusion across the organization.
• Oversee employee relations, conflict resolution, and learning & development programs.

Requirements:

• 8+ years of HR leadership experience, ideally in hospitality or tourism.
• Proven success in building high-performing teams and driving employee engagement.
• Strong leadership, communication, and decision-making skills.
• Knowledge of UAE labor law is highly preferred.
