About the Role:

 We are seeking an energetic and proactive HR Coordinator to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will play a key role in supporting HR operations and driving smooth organizational processes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support end-to-end HR operations, including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, and HR record management.
• Maintain accurate, confidential, and up-to-date employee files and HR documentation.
• Liaise with internal departments to ensure efficient HR workflows and compliance with company standards.
• Assist in the implementation of HR policies, procedures, and best practices.
• Manage recruitment activities, including sourcing, screening, interview scheduling, onboarding coordination, and reporting.

Requirements:

• 2–3 years of proven HR experience (construction or industrial sector experience preferred).
• Gulf experience, particularly within the UAE, is an advantage.
• Strong communication, coordination, and organizational skills.
• Proactive, detail-oriented, and capable of working independently.
• Knowledge of UAE Labor Law is highly preferred.
• Proficiency in Hindi is required.
• Must be available to join immediately.
