UPC Dubai is looking for HR Coordinator/Document Controller

Location: Dubai Investment City, Dubai

Reports to: Head of HR

Key Responsibilities:

HR Coordination:

  • Recruitment Support: Assist with job postings, resume screening, interview scheduling, and preparing offer letters.
  • Onboarding: Conduct orientations, prepare materials, and set up new hires in the HRIS.
  • Employee Records: Maintain and ensure compliance of employee records.
  • Employee Relations: Address employee inquiries and assist in engagement activities.
  • HR Administration: Prepare reports, organize meetings, and maintain HR calendars.

Document Control:

  • Document Management: Organize and maintain HR documents.
  • Procedures: Ensure document control procedures are followed.
  • Auditing: Conduct audits to ensure compliance with policies.
  • Information Dissemination: Distribute and manage document reviews and approvals.

Qualifications:

Experience:

  • 2-3 years in HR administration or document control.
  • Experience with HRIS and document management systems.
  • Experience in construction or manufacturing is a plus.
