Description:
We are hiring for HR Business Partner for an Investment company in Dubai.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or Human Resources Management or any related degree
- Minimum 10 years of experience in office administration and human resources, with at least 3 years in a head or manager position
- UAE HR experience is a must
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement the HR strategy for the group.
- Ensure proper Organizational structure, job roles are well defined, and a grading system is implemented.
- Implement a performance review system. HR Processes and Compliance, Policies and Procedures
- Maintain a thorough knowledge of the Corporate Office & Subsidiaries HR processes are ensure that proper controls are in place.
- Participate in reviewing HR policies and recommend changes/additions/deletions.
- Ensure that HR procedures are implemented in every business and all HR/Admin activities are carried-out in adherence to these standards.
- Meet with the General Managers and Function Heads on a biweekly basis, or as needed, to discuss all HR matters including hiring needs to meet the business strategic objectives.
- Participate in the recruitment process of new hires. Posting positions, CV review, interviewing, reference check, job offer and leading the orientation.
- Review new employees contract agreement to ensure all relevant terms are included and in compliance with Labor Law.
- Develop and produce HR reports covering all HR aspects to be presented to COO on a biweekly basis.
- Manage daily administrative operations of the office and assist all units in resolving problems related to the day-to-day operations.
- Organize, assign and supervise the work of administrative support staff.
