Job Description:

As an HR Business Partner, you will be a strategic partner to both the HR department and various business units within the company. You will be responsible for aligning HR strategies with business objectives to drive organizational effectiveness and employee engagement. This role requires a combination of HR expertise, business acumen, and strong interpersonal skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with HR colleagues to develop and implement HR programs, policies, and initiatives that support business goals and promote a positive work culture.
  • Lead the talent management process, including workforce planning, recruitment, onboarding, training, and succession planning.
  • Analyze HR metrics and trends to identify areas for improvement and drive data-driven decision-making.
  • Stay current on relevant HR laws and regulations, and ensure compliance with all legal requirements.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
  • 3 years of experience in HR roles, with a focus on HR business partnering or HR generalist responsibilities.
  • Strong understanding of HR best practices, employment laws, and regulations.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Proficient in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Fluent in English and Arabic.
