Hiring HR Business Partner (NP-4)

Dubai, United Arab Emirates

Position holder will collaborate with CEO, functional heads, and corporate office HR and must be well versed with:

• Industrial Relations
• Workforce Planning
• Talent Acquisition
• ·Employee Relations
• Performance Management System Viz. Balanced Scorecard/ KPI
• Total Rewards
• Employee Engagement
• Learning and Development
• Policies, Systems, Processes & Procedures
• Change Management and implementation of strategic initiatives.
• Candidate must have minimum 10 years’ experience across HR functions in manufacturing industry, with at least 4 years’ managerial experience in factory environment having global presence.
• Tech savvy, hands-on ERP experienced candidates preferred.
• MBA with HR specialization, or master’s degree in Psychology, HRM, Social Sciences or equivalent.
