Position: HR Business Development Manager
Location: AL-Barsha, Dubai, UAE
Role Overview: The ideal candidate will be responsible for bringing in new clients from the UAE market for recruitment services and initiating our recruitment business operations in Dubai. This role requires a proactive professional capable of building and maintaining strong client relationships, driving business growth, and enhancing our market presence.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and acquire new clients in the Dubai, UAE market.
- Develop and implement strategic business development plans.
- Manage recruitment business operations in Dubai.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships, providing tailored recruitment solutions.
- Represent TDS at industry events and networking opportunities.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 6 years of experience in recruitment or staffing with a focus on business development in UAE. (Experience of Dubai/UAE local market is mandatory)
- Proven ability to acquire and manage clients in the recruitment sector.
- Strong understanding of the Dubai market.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
