Description:
Urgent Required HR Assistant.
Location UAE (Sharjah).
Responsibilities:
- Plan, develop and implement Human Resources & Administration Management Policies and practices.
- Constant review of HR Policies and their implementation, professional staff development, welfare and general administration, sourcing of Technical & Support Staff.
- Play an active role in manpower planning, recruitment, selection, development and implementation of effective induction strategies,
- Accountable for preparation of Performance Review Report.
- Training & development plans at all levels of management, administration of all public relations and related functions.
- To introduce new operational methods, systems and procedures to ensure the optimum utilization of available manpower.
- Direct responsibility for fulfillment of the relevant Labour Dept., making sure that all other formalities of the actual engagement is properly completed and that arrangements for starting work are effectively made.
- Assist with day to day operations of the HR functions and duties
- Provide clerical and administrative support.
- Compile and update employee records (hard and soft copies)
- Process documentation and prepare reports relating to personnel activities (staffing, recruitment, training, grievances, performance evaluations etc.)
- Coordinate HR projects (meetings, training, surveys etc.) and take minutes
- Deal with employee requests regarding human resources issues, rules, and regulations
- Assist in payroll preparation by providing relevant data (absences, bonus, leaves, etc.)
- Communicate with public services when necessary
- Properly handle complaints and grievance procedures
- Coordinate communication with candidates and schedule interviews
- Conduct initial orientation to newly hired employees.
- Prepare Annual Leave Roaster for each department.
