Hiring HR Assistant

Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled and motivated HR Assistant to join our growing team at Ala Abdi Holding, located in Dubai Investment Park. The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of experience as an HR Coordinator in the UAE and be able to join immediately.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist in recruitment and selection process, including posting job openings, reviewing resumes, scheduling interviews, and conducting background checks.
  • Coordinate employee onboarding and orientation process, including preparing new hire paperwork, conducting orientation sessions, and ensuring all required documents are completed.
  • Maintain and update employee records, including personnel files, HRIS, and other HR databases.
  • Assist in employee relations matters, including addressing employee inquiries, grievances, and conflicts, and documenting employee issues.
  • Support HR projects and initiatives, such as performance management, employee engagement, and employee wellness programs.
  • Assist in benefits administration, including enrollment, changes, and claims resolution.
  • Prepare HR-related reports and presentations as needed.
  • Stay updated with changes in local labor laws and regulations to ensure HR compliance.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience as an HR Coordinator in the UAE.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field.
  • Strong knowledge of UAE labor laws and regulations.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English, Arabic language proficiency is a plus.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with strong attention to detail.
  • Proficient in MS Office Suite and HRIS.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
