Job Summary:

We seek a proactive and detail-oriented HR Assistant to support our Human Resources team. The ideal candidate will bring at least 2 years of relevant HR experience within the UAE, possess a solid understanding of UAE labor laws, and demonstrate strong organizational and multitasking abilities. This is an excellent opportunity to grow within a dynamic and fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist with day-to-day HR operations, including recruitment, onboarding, and employee documentation.
  • Maintain and regularly update employee records (both hard and digital copies).
  • Prepare HR-related reports such as attendance, performance tracking, and payroll inputs.
  • Help coordinate training programs and employee engagement activities.
  • Liaise with PROs and government portals for visa processing and employee formalities.
  • Oversee timely renewal of staff documents, company licenses, tenancy contracts, and other official agreements.
  • Ensure compliance with UAE labor laws and internal HR policies.
  • Support the team with general administrative tasks.
  • Monitor and respond to Google reviews on a daily basis.
  • Regularly monitor and schedule bookings in the software to ensure optimal appointment management and minimize gaps.
  • Perform any ad hoc tasks assigned by the HR Manager.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years of experience as an HR Assistant within the UAE.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English. Proficiency in Arabic is a strong advantage.
  • Proficient in MS Office applications (Excel, Word, Outlook).
  • Solid understanding of UAE labor laws and HR practices.
  • Must be able to join within 3 weeks.
  • Willing and able to work late hours if necessary, depending on operational needs
  • Preferred: candidates currently residing in the UAE.
