Job Summary:
We seek a proactive and detail-oriented HR Assistant to support our Human Resources team. The ideal candidate will bring at least 2 years of relevant HR experience within the UAE, possess a solid understanding of UAE labor laws, and demonstrate strong organizational and multitasking abilities. This is an excellent opportunity to grow within a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist with day-to-day HR operations, including recruitment, onboarding, and employee documentation.
- Maintain and regularly update employee records (both hard and digital copies).
- Prepare HR-related reports such as attendance, performance tracking, and payroll inputs.
- Help coordinate training programs and employee engagement activities.
- Liaise with PROs and government portals for visa processing and employee formalities.
- Oversee timely renewal of staff documents, company licenses, tenancy contracts, and other official agreements.
- Ensure compliance with UAE labor laws and internal HR policies.
- Support the team with general administrative tasks.
- Monitor and respond to Google reviews on a daily basis.
- Regularly monitor and schedule bookings in the software to ensure optimal appointment management and minimize gaps.
- Perform any ad hoc tasks assigned by the HR Manager.
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of experience as an HR Assistant within the UAE.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English. Proficiency in Arabic is a strong advantage.
- Proficient in MS Office applications (Excel, Word, Outlook).
- Solid understanding of UAE labor laws and HR practices.
- Must be able to join within 3 weeks.
- Willing and able to work late hours if necessary, depending on operational needs
- Preferred: candidates currently residing in the UAE.
