A leading logistics and warehousing company is looking to hire HR and PRO Manager to join their office in Dubai.

Job Location: Dubai, UAE

Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years of experience into HR.
• Must have worked with Family Owned Business and Retail experience is desirable.
• Strong in People management and Recruitment.
• Must have working knowledge MS Word and Excel.
• Excellent communication skills.

Responsibilities:

• Support the management in proactively End to End Operational services.
• Realize the vision , mission and values of the company.
• Excellent influencing and negotiation skills.
• Provide guidance and support to senior management on HR-related matters.
• Knowledge of Change management, organization development, Talent Management, job descriptions, job evaluations, Hr Systems and competency based    interviewing techniques.
• Good Knowledge of Labour Laws in the Middle East.
