We’re Hiring: HR/Admin Officer – Al Karamah School, Abu Dhabi
Al Karamah School is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented HR/Admin Officer to join our dedicated HR team.
This role is essential in supporting the recruitment, onboarding, and staff management processes within our specialized school environment for children with autism.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead end-to-end recruitment for teachers, TAs, and support staff.
- Manage ADEK PASS approvals and onboarding programs.
- Support orientation, training, and compliance related to autism care.
- Monitor attendance, coordinate payroll, and manage staff records.
- Facilitate offboarding and staff well-being initiatives.
What We’re Looking For:
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Admin, or related field.
- 3–5 years of HR experience (preferably in education or SEN).
- Knowledge of UAE labor laws, safeguarding, and HR systems (Oracle).
- A collaborative team player who is energetic, empathetic, highly organized, with the ability to work independently, take initiative, and require minimal supervision
