Hiring HR/Admin Executive (RAK)

With minimum 1- 2 years uae experience for human resource & admin task preferably with Ras Al khaimah experience.

Job Description:

• Responsible for Recruitment of Truck Driver, Light Vehicle driver/ messenger & Garage Employee.
• Responsible for HR Procedure for New Employee Joining (RAK Branch) & Employee Induction.
• Responsible HR Procedure for Employee Resignation/ Termination for RAK.
• Maintains ATS staff master sheet information & SAP.
• Handles ATS RAK Visa procedure (new / cancellation / renewal)
• Maintain & Update the RAK visa procedure checklist.
• Handles company Project employees visa (new /cancellation/ renewal
• Responsible for renewal, monitor and maintains ATS RAK Legal docs Trade Licence, Epda, Civil Defence, Cctv etc. coordination with PRO.
• Responsible for office Annual Maintenance Contract (renewal, servicing etc.)
• Handles Employee leave & passport management.
• Employee air ticket arrangement (for annual leave)
