Job Summary:
The HR Executive will primarily be responsible for handling administrative tasks and supporting the HR department in various human resources functions, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, training and development, compliance, and record-keeping. The HR Executive will act as the main point of contact between employees and the HR Manager, who will oversee and manage the entire HR process and direction.
Key Responsibilities:
Administrative Support:
- Handle day-to-day HR administrative tasks.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records and HR documentation.
Recruitment and Onboarding:
- Coordinate the recruitment process with the HR Manager, including job postings, screening, and interviewing candidates.
- Conduct new employee orientations and ensure a smooth onboarding process .
Employee Relations:
- Act as the primary contact for employees regarding HR-related inquiries and concerns.
- Collaborate with the HR Manager to resolve complex employee relations issues.
- Keep the HR Manager updated on all processes for approval.
Performance Management:
- Assist in maintaining and following up on the performance management framework developed by the HR Manager.
- Support managers in conducting performance reviews and setting employee goals.
Training and Development:
- Keep a record of all employee feedback and areas for improvement.
- Work on development plans for employees in coordination with the HR Manager.
- Maintain training records for all employees.
Compliance and Record-Keeping:
- Ensure compliance with UAE labor laws, company policies, and industry regulations.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records and HR documentation.
Payroll and Benefits Administration:
- Assist with payroll processing and benefits administration.
- Review payroll calculations with the HR Manager to ensure accuracy.
- Respond to employee inquiries regarding payroll and benefits.
Employee Engagement and Welfare:
- Coordinate employee engagement activities and events planned by the HR Manager.
HR Reporting:
- Prepare HR reports and analytics as required by management.
- Keep the HR Manager updated with relevant HR reports.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 3-5 years of experience as an HR Executive or similar role.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
